At Aerocontact, we're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Cwmbran. This role is a key member of the HR team focusing on delivering high-quality administration to ensure accurate employee data and documentation is kept and managed in line with data legislation and company policies.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of HR administration as outlined below, as well as providing a first-class service level to employees in resolving queries, and taking part in wider HR team activities to support continuous development.

This role involves being the first point of contact for employee queries in person and the HR Mailbox, offering advice and support. You'll also liaise with training teams to ensure induction runs smoothly, and be responsible for creating and managing employee position and profile creation on Workelo, Selia, and associated systems.

In addition, you'll work proactively with Systems & Payroll teams to support an accurate payroll, and support Senior HR Advisors with straightforward ER activity where appropriate. A background in HR administration or transactional roles, along with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, is essential for success in this position.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per year, plus benefits including 25 days holiday + UK Bank Holidays, Benefits Programme, and Career Progressions opportunities.
