We're seeking a Workplace Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact between building users and oversee an integrated facility management solution across the UK.

As the main point of contact between building users, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, top-notch customer experiences, and exceptional client liaison. From providing all-inclusive employee and guest services to continually improving our service offering through best practices and lessons learned, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to build a stronger, more connected community of users.

And with a wide range of facilities management responsibilities to oversee, from cleaning and waste management to landscaping and engineering, you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow in your role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Observing, monitoring, listening, and seeking feedback on the customers’ experience and how they connect with our services
- Support the quality and timeliness of or service delivery in their allocated business area in line with the agreed SLAs - own the space
- Ensure all helpdesk calls raised for allocated business area are monitored to conclusion via the relevant service team and the helpdesk
- Checking and reporting issues and making suggestions for optimising the environment to the benefit of all occupants
- Liaise with key contacts on floors. Building relationships, bridging gaps, and working closely with co-dependents to provide an optimal experience for all occupants

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in facilities management in a corporate environment
- IOSH Managing Safely
- First Aider
- IT Literate with an ability to extract data from various systems and create professional reports
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to persuade and influence with all levels of staff in a corporate environment
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
