**PMO Administrator/ Project Coordinator**

**Inside IR35**

My client in the Insurance industry are eagerly searching for a PMO Administrator/ Project Coordinator to work on a 6 month initial contract on a fully remote basis.

The individual will be responsible for updating spreadsheets, organising files and keeping track of documents and uploading files amongst other tasks.

Some key tasks and responsibilities are listed below
- Manage detailed scheduling, tracking and reporting of various stages of the Release cycles
- Ensure all pre-requisites are covered and completed from Governance processes
- Ensure Process changes are well tracked and articulated clearly to the core team
- Manage day to day communication with the project on any questions, issue clarifications, risks, resourcing, etc
- Keep track of deliverables against timelines
- Focus on project planning and business process
