**What you’ll be doing**
You will provide support across the Group of companies, currently;
AD Associates is an experiential & spatial design agency, specialising in the travel and hospitality sectors based in the heart of London. The team cover a diverse range of creative, operational and technical roles and work across strategy & concept, architecture & interiors, identity & wayfinding, and artwork & styling.
Baya Dynamics (BD) is a software development and services agency. Using creativity and innovation and leading-edge technology it produces immersive experiences in VR, AR and mixed reality environments. BD is forward thinking, using a video gaming environment to deliver projects to its clients within the hospitality, leisure, and travel sectors.
NOKT is an architecture and interior design studio based in the UK, operating globally on residential and commercial projects.
The aim of the role is to support the PMO Manager and Senior PMO Manager, Project Manager(s) and the Project Team in all aspects of a project lifecycle, such as
- Developing and updating the project management methodology that is used on all projects
- Reviewing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and other planning documents with Project Manager
- Preparing interim reports on the status of projects and providing regular updates to management on projects’ progress
- Reviewing/ Quality check on the incoming and outgoing documentation to determine whether they meet company standards
- Ensuring Timesheets have been completed and approved on a weekly basis
- Liaising with the project teams to ensure the upkeep and communication of the Milestone and Events tracker for the projects
- Supporting/arranging travel arrangements for the project team and security passes where needed
- Collating Project Expenses, confirming approval with the Project Manager/Lead before being sent to the Finance department
- Supporting and developing the PMO team and be the point of contact for any Smartsheet queries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
