**Purpose of the Role**

This role will support in performing administrative duties for the broader People & Transformation programme of work and One Ofcom programme. The PMO administrator will be responsible for supporting in the coordination of tasks, reporting and meetings workingacross the People & Transformation Team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative duties in support of the broader People & Transformation programme of work and One Ofcom programme.
- Provide direct support to the Head of PMO in coordinating workstream/ programme activities, reporting and meetings
- Maintain accuracy of P&T Plans
- Provision of PMO documentation and templates to support reporting requirements
- Provide ongoing support to colleagues for Ofcom’s PPM tool, ensuring accurate recording and maintenance from People & Transformation
- Coordinate routine requests for data and reporting as part of the PMO
- Provide administrative support for programme meetings, tracking actions and decisions
- Regularly update P&T risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) logs
- Support set-up, maintenance, and organisation of the PMO SharePoint site
- Assist the Head of PMO in compiling Project Status Reports and conducting Project health checks
- Support the Head of PMO with resource management
- Other duties assigned and in scope of general administrative PMO duties

**Essential skills**
- Must be able to multi-task, prioritise activities, meet deadlines, and effectively interact across all levels.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Confident self-starter, quick-learner, assertive about tracking down information and asking questions. Must take initiative to learn tasks and perform work independently
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft SharePoint.
