**Your roles within the business would be the following**:
Providing customer service via telephone, eBay, Amazon Seller Central and E-Mail.

Managing Blogs and Social Media accounts

Adding new products to eBay, Amazon and Website

Operating the live chat on our website.

Working with E-Commerce software allocating postage services to customer orders

Arranging returns and completing all the relevant administration tasks associated with the process

Creating and printing shipping labels

Dealing with product customization requests

Inventory management

Answering the telephone in a friendly and welcoming manner

Writing content and product descriptions

**Required Skills**:
Knowledge and understanding of the E-Commerce world

Admin and Customer Service Experience

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel

**Desirable Skills**

Knowledge and experience using Amazon and eBay in a business setting

Knowledge of Blogging, Content Writing and Social Media

Knowledge and Experience using Linnworks.

Knowledge and experience using Shopify

**Personal Qualities**

Good telephone manner

Good communicator

Work well under pressure

Willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
