Overview:
We are seeking an E-commerce Assistant to join our team in managing online sales platforms and enhancing the digital shopping experience for our customers.

Duties
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of online transactions
- Provide administrative support to the e-commerce department
- Perform office and clerical tasks to ensure smooth e-commerce operations
- Computerise product listings and update website content
- Monitor and reply to customer service inquiries
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with Ecommerce manager
- To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably required in order to maintain an effective e-commerce and retail operation.
- Support the management and maintenance of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search engine visibility.
- Monitor e-commerce analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Ability to work proactively with good problem solving skills
- A motivated team player, with a positive and flexible approach to work
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous e-commerce, retail or customer service experience
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards of customer service
- Good organisational skills
- Skilful in computerising product information and maintaining online platforms
- Close attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Good knowledge of brand building and stock control
