Join our dynamic team as an Office Administrator, where you'll play a key role in the smooth operation of our office.

You'll be the backbone of day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring all tasks are handled with precision and care. In this role, you will support various departments by managing office facilities, supplies and booking travel.


Operating two distinct and vibrant brands, Rowen & Pink Boutique are leading players in e-commerce & retail within the North East.

We specialise in providing fashion and luxury homewares to our customers and are committed to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

Duties & responsibilities of the Office Administrator

  • Efficiently managing office supplies and timely ordering to ensure stocks are replenished
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for colleagues and Directors, both within the UK and internationally
  • Overseeing facilities management across three sites to maintain seamless operations
  • Organising meetings, managing schedules, sending timely reminders, and arranging catering as needed
  • Maintaining and updating the project management system to support operational efficiency and meet project deadlines
  • Taking minutes during company meetings, as required
  • Welcoming and assisting all visitors to the main office
  • Handling incoming calls with professionalism
  • Arranging bookings for events and exhibitions
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to all departments
  • Ensuring that all office equipment is wellmaintained and fully operational
  • Researching and securing service providers or solutions to enhance business systems and processes
  • Provide admin support to all departments, as required
