Sales & Project Support Specialist

We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Sales & Project Support Specialist to join our clients beautiful and modern office based in Smithfield London. Join our award-winning furniture dealer, providing consultancy, procurement, and installation services to all market sectors and businesses of various shapes and sizes.
Our clients are passionate about delivering excellence in project management and client satisfaction within the commercial sector.
As a pivotal member of their team, you’ll be responsible for four key areas:
1. Sales Team Support: Provide crucial assistance to their sales team by efficiently managing pricing and specifying furniture requirements to ensure smooth project delivery.
3. Supplier Relationship Development: Nurture and enhance relationships with their suppliers to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of resources.
4. General Administration: Undertake essential administrative tasks to maintain the efficiency and organisation of their operations.
- Sales Support Experience: Proven track record of providing tangible support to sales teams, including managing pricing, preparing quotes, and assisting with sales presentations. Experience with CRM systems and sales support tools would be advantageous.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Coordination Skills: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget.
- Industry experience in a similar role, preferably within the furniture industry or related field. Experience supporting sales teams, managing client relationships, and coordinating projects would be highly beneficial.
