We have a temporary opportunity available for a **Digital Skills Facilitator/Trainer/Manager.** This role is based at **John Radcliffe, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, OX3 9DU.**

The hours for this role are **Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (with flexibility)**. Minimum of 24 hours per week but role is available up to 37.5 hours per week.

This is a**Band 7**role**,**paying**£21.54 per hour.**

**Duties to include**:

- Review and update existing digital skills training materials to meet the needs of participants, working with other members of the team and the Ambassadors for expert advice;
- Participate in the design of course materials, manage a learning management system or library of materials, and liaise with expert speakers;
- Manage the delivery of virtual training workshops, webinars and events to meet the needs of course participants;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme and training delivered, and use the feedback to improve the programme, ensuring impact is evidenced by high quality data collected;
- Contribute to strategic decisions concerning the design and delivery of the Digital Skills programme;
- Manage the accreditation of the programme, including selection of an accreditation partner and working with that partner to provide all necessary evidence and materials;
- Programme manage multiple digital skills courses, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of high quality training;
- Identify external specialist training providers or individual academics, ensuring a high quality of delivery and return-on-investment;
- Be responsible for a budget to support the effective delivery of the digital skills programme and generate income for TheHill's other activities, with support from the Operations Manager;
- Work with the Partnership & Communications Manager, Operations Manager and Director to increase the participation by individuals in the digital skills programme, including a programme of promotion;
- Work with the Partnerships and Communications Manager, Operations Manager and Director to increase institutional support for the programme, including helping partners to understand their digital skills needs and support the programme;
- Assist the Director and Partnerships Manager in managing relationships with potential funders and partners, including Health Education England.

**Skills required**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent IT skills essential including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills with a warm and compassionate manner
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous NHS experience (desirable)
