Kingswood Group are working with a leading international professional services firm to recruit an experienced HR Benefits Specialist to join their UK Rewards team in London.

This role offers very flexible/hybrid working and an opportunity to work with a small, friendly and professionals team with a well known organisation in it's industry.

Reporting to the UK Senior Reward Manager, this role will support the delivery of the UK employee benefits programmes. This includes the annual renewals, autoenrollment window, flexible benefits portal and data and policy submissions for benefits to externalproviders.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Managing new joiner benefits implementation and introductions.
- Undertaking monthly reconciliations of benefit spend against the Reward budget.
- Resolving day today queries relating to the firm's flexible benefit portal on a day-to-day basis and coordinating the month-end processes with the system provider
- Evaluating existing benefit programmes and makes fully costed recommendations for improvements.
- Maintaining regular contact with external benefit providers on an operational basis, leading to deliver improved processes and support for employees
- Validating data to ensure that submission of accurate company benefits data is submitted to external compensation data providers in the agreed format and to agree timelines

Experience and skills required include:

- Good working knowledge of UK statutory benefits requirements and UK employment legislation
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound independent judgment including knowing when to consult with the senior reward team.
- Able to investigate issues and respond appropriately by gathering and evaluating different sources of information and by drawing on various resources
- Well organised, attention to detail, can priorities and able to demonstrate a strong ?can do? attitude
- Can work collaboratively and cross functionally, a strong team player
