**Location**: Hybrid / On-site at our Pembroke Dock offices (SA72 4RW)

**Salary**:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum

We supply a large range of power products ranging from garden machinery, power tools, power equipment, benchtop tools, generators and more within our ranges of JCB, Hyundai and private label products. We’ve been established since 2006 and are still a family run independent business, with turnover over £50m last year and aspirations to get over £100m within the next three years.

Within this role you will develop and drive organic social media marketing strategy across our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn and others). You will be responsible for your own planning, scheduling and execution of the social media content by utilising platform best practices, trends and sales strategy. This is an exciting position which suits a motivated, inspired and highly effective individual who wants to progress in a fast growing and forward thinking business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop social media and content strategies, with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee the content calendar and ensure the creation of captivating content that drives our core brand messages; including writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
- Ensure content is tailored to each platform based on their purpose, audience and best practices.
- Ensure copy across long form and short form content is effective, customer focussed and in line with the brand tone of voice.
- Be a leader in the latest social media trends and digital opportunities, identifying opportunities for the team and the business.
- Track performance and make recommendations for optimising content and activity, delivering key improvements where necessary.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
- Work with other departments and creatives to ensure a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
- Organise, brief and direct video content opportunities in-store, utilising our in-store experts.
- Monitor competitor activity regularly.
- Create regular reports on engagement and performance across our social media channels.
