Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with with ad-hoc tasks within the department
- Prepare monitoring and measuring reports
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including booking rooms and arranging catering
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an office administration role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
