Join our Paid Social team you will be given the chance to unleash your creativity and work on client accounts that will help you get some great exposure to exciting industries From eCommerce to Finance and Education you will work with a diverse bunch of accounts and products so you must have the speed to keep up

You can be based from our office in the beautiful city of Lichfield, or work remotely and come into the office at least twice a month, so maybe within two hours’ drive time or near a train line that come to Lichfield City/Trent Valley would work too.

What will you be doing?

Your day to day will consist of managing partnerships with social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat and building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients through phone, video, and face to face meetings. During these meetings you will present reports to summarise the success of their campaigns and make suggestions for improvement. You will be expected to allocate budgets and adjust if clients’ financial plans change. Finally, you will work with our brilliant client services team to develop accounts and test new platforms to deliver them a service that no other agency can

What you need to have
- Experience in Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Client Strategy, Campaign Optimisation, Reporting, Budget Management
- Strong Client skills - strategy, negotiation, technical
- Analytical mind - a data first approach
- Ability to manage you time and work to deadlines.
