The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate understanding, professionalism, compassion & accuracy on every call providing a first-class customer service experience for each and every customer.

If you have the following attributes, skills, and experience, we would like to hear from you.

* Experience of working within a service delivery role

* Experience of CRM systems

* Possess good IT skills – use of Microsoft systems

* The ability to manage high volume calls and provide an excellent level of communication to customers providing detailed information

The key responsibilities of the role.

* Manage customer enquiries both over the phone and via email in a timely and professional manner

* Update all call correspondence on the company’s CRM system

* Book service appointments and book installation dates for all customers

* To process & collect payments

* Investigate and troubleshoot customer service problems and record all details accurately

* Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvement

* To manage any customer complaints in line with company policy whilst ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service

* Identify and escalate priority issues to Senior Manager

Schedule:

* Monday to Friday (9am-6pm and 11am-8pm)

* Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

* Performance bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,043.00 per year
