We are working with a reputable car dealership to find an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Our client is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is looking for someone who shares this vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding service and repair work required on their vehicles.
- Advise customers on estimated costs and timescales for repairs and maintenance.
- Sell additional products and services to customers as needed.
- Ensure all customer and vehicle records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
- Prepare and complete invoices for customers.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
- Full driving license.
