Our client is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors who will serve as the first point of contact for all their customers who are seeking to obtain advice and provide information about services or products.

If you have the following attributes, skills, and experience, we would like to hear from you.
- Experience of working within a service delivery role
- Experience of CRM systems
- Possess good IT skills - use of Microsoft systems
- The ability to manage high volume calls and provide an excellent level of communication to customers providing detailed information

The key responsibilities of the role.
- Update all call correspondence on the company’s CRM system
- Book service appointments and book installation dates for all customers
- To process & collect payments
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service problems and record all details accurately
- Gather customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvement
- To manage any customer complaints in line with company policy whilst ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Senior Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
