The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our growing team.
As a Facilities Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, safety and overall management of our physical work environment. You will be responsible for coordinating routine maintenance, managing facility budgets and implementing safety protocols to maintain compliance with regulations.

Please note that this is a part time role working 4 days a week onsite.
Main Responsibilities
Providing support to the FM team.
Keeping security records updated.
Monthly access control report.
Parking permit and car log recording.
Hosting visitors.
Creating and issuing access passes, Business card and ID cards.
Managing CCTV.
Assisting in Security and H&S audits.
Carrying out cleaning audits on UK sites, includes site visits.
Housekeeping of main kitchen area.
Maintaining and cleaning coffee machines.
Ordering and stock checking for kitchen & cleaning consumables for all UK sites.
Supporting team on the contract, for lunch, holiday and sickness cover for reception & post room duties.
Assisting in raising purchase orders and onsite contractors.
Managing and completing DSE assessments.
Maintaining COSHH and Datasheet records.
Conducting and completing DSE Assessments
Supporting admin tasks record keeping, archiving, team folders.
Assisting during events, catering and set-up.
AV Audio visual support.
Completing required on-going training courses.
Regional support for invoicing & PO processing.
Covering workplace coordinator when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous proven experience in an administrative role.
Able to work as part of a team or as an individual in varying environments.
A good level of IT literacies around Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good organisation skills.
