We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join a house builder who has been at the forefront of property development for over 30 years, specialising in new builds, refurbishments, and regeneration schemes for both affordable and private housing. Their founding aim was to collaborate with local authorities and housing providers to identify key regeneration sites and deliver a diverse range of property types that benefit local communities and their wider cities. As a privately owned company, they are dedicated to creating homes that are built to last and designed to meet the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Technical Delivery Support: Assist in the production, development, facilitation, coordination, and monitoring of technical delivery support schedules and administration.

* Customer Surveys & Questionnaires: Produce, coordinate, and collate customer surveys and questionnaires, including those related to flooding and sustainable drainage (SUDs).

* Project Preparation: Prepare ESQ plans, Estimating packs, and Construction packs.

* Non-Project Support: Support the Design Manager with auditing design team deliverables and update the Engineering Web portal as instructed.

* Engineering Deliverables: Aid in the production of ROV Meeting presentations, reports, and the DEP. Assist with the development and issuance of TROs and Land Entry Notices, liaising with Highway Officers, Land Agents, Customers, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience working with a housing developer

* Can-Do Attitude: Demonstrate a positive, proactive approach with a willingness to take on new challenges.

* Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

* Technical Acumen: Preferably with a background or strong interest in technical delivery.

* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.

* Learning Orientation: Enthusiasm for developing new skills and expanding your technical knowledge.
