The Opportunity: Technical Trainer
Contract: Permanent
**Salary**: £38,000 - £40,000
Location: Cannock

**The Impact you will have**:
- The role is to develop & deliver technical training to Briggs engineers, group companies and external customers throughout England, Wales, and Scotland
- Develop and deliver new and current product training courses
- Deliver training at strategic locations throughout the UK & Ireland
- Schedule your own training plan to deliver technical training with support administrator
- Update the LMS with post course results
- Identify individual engineer skill shortages through various methods of testing
- Design, build and maintain training aids
- Coordinate the availability of classroom and training area with Support administrator
- Coordinate and order all training literature with the post room
- Maintain product Knowledge on all Hyster Yale equipment
- Establish a close working relationship with all service managers to ensure the correct level of engineer support is maintained in each area
- Provide a weekly report to the training manager of those individuals who failed to attend course
- Provide a monthly report to the training manager of training days delivered
- Develop and promote “E” Learning through TKC and Safety Hub
**What will help you to excel in this role**:
- Accredited mechanical/ electrical trade technical apprentice or equivalent
- Extensive Product Knowledge
