Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of mobilization and demobilization, ensuring timely delivery of equipment and materials to various project sites while maintaining accurate documentation and system updates.
  • Oversee the import and export documentation processes for all materials and equipment, coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Handle the collection and delivery logistics of equipment to and from client locations.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with transport suppliers to ensure all operational requirements are fulfilled.
  • Generate performance monitoring reports focusing on On Time In Full and transport recoveries.
  • Identify and allocate suitable equipment to meet contract specifications.
  • Ensure adherence to Aggreko’s operational procedures, including compliance with ISO and audit standards.
  • Provide expert guidance to team members as necessary.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of technical processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage supplier expectations and workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
