Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an incredible opportunity for a Specialist Occupational Therapist (Band 6 equivalent) to join our client's vibrant and supportive therapy team at the prestigious Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit in London

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Lead with Expertise: Develop and implement safe, innovative, evidence-based treatments grounded in neuroplasticity and motor re-learning principles.

* Manage Complex Cases: Plan and prioritize a diverse clinical caseload, assisting the MDT in diagnosis, problem formulation, and rehabilitation planning.

* Coordinate Care: Function as a Key Worker/Named Therapist, ensuring active coordination and management of therapeutic programs to achieve agreed rehabilitation goals.

* Empower Patients: Prescribe and provide essential equipment, plan safe discharges, and deliver interventions as part of an MDT approach.

* Educate and Inspire: Contribute to in-service education and training programs for the wider MDT, supervise junior staff, and maintain high standards of record-keeping and communication.

What You’ll Need:

* HCPC and RCOT Registration: Essential for this role.

* Neurorehabilitation Experience: Previous experience in a neurorehabilitation setting is a must.

* Motivational Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate patients over long periods.

* Enhanced DBS: Successful candidates will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
