This position offers valuable hands-on experience in an office environment, enhancing your administrative skills and providing exposure to various tasks.

You'll need to be intelligent, organised, self-motivated and personable with discretion and the ability to communicate at the highest levels. A UK driving licence and your own transport is essential.

Key features of the position will include research and presentations, numerical analysis, special projects and problem-solving;

Duties:

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain office files and records in both physical and digital formats
- Perform general clerical duties to support office operations

Skills:

- Proficient in phone etiquette for professional communication
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
