Sellick Partnership LTD is assisting a Lettings organisation based in Nottingham with the recruitment of a Property Administrator on a full time permanent basis

Duties of the Property Administrator may include:

Troubleshooting property maintenance issues over the phone and via email
Liaising between, Tenants, Contractors and Landlords to co-ordinate any issues
Keeping a record and checking all necessary legal certificates are in place, including EPCs
General data entry
Assisting with tax such as filing and photocopyingRequirements for the Property Administrator:

Ability to undertake a range of Administrative tasks
Property/Construction/Lettings knowledge or willingness to learn about the sector Benefits of the Admin role include:
