Lettings/property Maintenance Administrator

We are excited to announce that due to rapid growth AQL Property Services have an open role for an enthusiastic Property Maintenance Administrator
We are dedicated to getting it right, so an impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication skills are crucial for this role to liaise with landlords and tenants.
This is a varied but very significant role, which may be challenging at times however, it should also be a rewarding role if you enjoy meeting people, solving their issues and being part of a team who thrive on success.
Knowledge of the Nottingham area will be beneficial for the role.
We are looking for someone to start at 10am - 2pm, Monday - Friday. There is also scope for more hours. This role will be based from remote working.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deal with any potential issues in a professional, pleasant and swift manner and generally ensure the smooth management of our property portfolio.
- Manage work orders through to completion.
- Provide admin support where necessary to help maintain the smooth running of our office.
- Lettings experience beneficial but not necessary.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
