Here’s a great opportunity to join the property team of one of our well-reputed Legal clients based in Nottingham City Centre. This Legal Administrator role provides an entry point into a Legal firm who provide excellent development opportunities and the ability to develop within the company.

To be considered for the Legal Administration role, you’ll require the following:

- Current or recent experience working within an Administrative based role
- An interest within the property industry
- Good IT literacy in order to use case management systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The main purpose of the role is to provide administration support to a busy team of property professionals who deal with high volume workloads across new build properties and developers.

Within this Legal Administrator position, you’ll also be:

- Opening and monitoring case files within the case management system
- Assisting in the preparation of documents (contracts, leases, deeds) and ensure that these are all up to date and added to the database
- Issuing payments of invoices, cheques and BACS payments.
- Carrying out general admin duties such as scanning, photocopying, printing, and filing.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £21,000 - £24,000pa dependent on experience.

Working hours are - Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
