This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and utilize translation software to translate documents as required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of credit and legal documents">
  • Execute administrative tasks efficiently and effectively">
  • Liaise with stakeholders via email and phone to ensure seamless communication">
  • Translate documents using translation software as needed">

Requirements and Qualifications:

">

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in administration, preferably in a legal or credit setting. You must also be able to work accurately under pressure and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft packages, specifically Excel, is essential. SAP experience is desirable but not necessary.

Working Conditions:

">
