For this role you be able to adapt to changing priorities, think on your feet, be accurate and confident that the work you're producing meets our first time right ethos. We require an administrator who can follow prescribed process and keep accurate records.

Key duties of the role:

* Follow offer process, from authorisation, sending out contracts, send internal notifications as necessary, update spreadsheets & databases,

* Process forms returned by new employee, seek references, DBS & credit checks, collate payroll info,

* Carry out inductions & new starter calls, logging responses,

* Respond to resignation, manage exits, issue relevant documentation to employee, liaise with fleet, procurement & payroll,

* Carry out exit meetings, logging responses,

* Run absence reports, ensure self certs or Fit Notes received, flag excessive absences in line with Bradford Factor

* Assist with recruitment, posting on job boards & website, liaising with 3rd parties and interested parties, logging CV's arranging interviews, providing feedback & reporting as necessary.

Skills & Experience required:

* Experience of HR & recruitment

* Excellent communication skills

* Exceptional attention to detail

* Highly organised

* Excel for reporting purposes
