Job Summary:

Our Client is a leading innovator in the mobility solutions sector, offering a range of products across transportation.  With a focus on sustainability and cutting-edge design, our Client is at the forefront of transforming the way the world moves. Their UK design centre based in Coventry is dedicated to supporting their global creative and design efforts, ensuring that their products remain at the peak of innovation.

This position is initially part-time, 3 days per week working from their offices in Coventry.  If both parties wish, there may be the possibility of moving this full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the UK design centre, ensuring the efficient operation of day-to-day activities.
Act as a Personal Assistant to key members of the design and creative departments, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
Assist with the coordination and management of design projects, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organised and professional office environment.
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Support with the organisation of events, workshops, and meetings, including logistics and catering.
Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them appropriately.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Google document management and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a keen attention to detail.
Experience within the design or creative industries is desirable but not essential
