**About the Role**:
You will provide administrative and secretarial support to individuals, departmental or management teams within our organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as a first point of contact for the management or for the team of colleagues and people from outside organisations, telephone enquiries, taking and passing on messages.
- Arranges appointments, keep business diary, organise travel arrangements, make reservations and organise a variety of functions.
- Open, sort, distribute and files correspondence (in hard copy and electronic) and deal directly with routine correspondence.
- Use appropriate software to produce correspondence, memoranda, reports, presentations and other documents from drafts, handwritten copy or by transcribing dictation.
- Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes and prepares records of proceedings.
- Translate documents and liaise with overseas clients and suppliers.

**Skills**:

- Expert in knowing and understanding the pain points and needs of our customers (current & potential) around the world, connecting their desires to our product and services.
- Expertise in assisting across multiple teams and integrating key admin functions including demand generation, marketing communications, customer services, workload management for the leadership.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated expert-level listening skills in English Language.
- Thought leader with strong presentation skills to represent us with internal and external audiences.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, high growth environment.

**Requirements**:

- Confident user of Google Suite like Google Sheets, Drive, Docs and Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with Project Management tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, Audience Segmentation
- Data Interpretation by data analysis tools to assist decisions.
- In-depth and Detail oriented insights and reporting
- Minuets taking
- General administration for real estate
- English language proficiency
- Learning mindset to adapt to changes.

**What we offer**:

- A starting salary of £26,200-£30,000 depending on experience
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Hybrid working - a minimum of 4 days per week in the office and 1 day working from home / remote working as needed.

**Salary**: £26,200.00-£30,000.00 per year
