Clients are varied and include; Event organisers, talent & models, Sports people, consumer brands, service providers and much more
**The role - the below is to be used as a guide. Things change really quickly around here, and requirements flex with our clients needs. Priorities vary from month to month so our team needs to be open minded and up for wearing different hats, and multi tasking.**
**Role Responsibilities**:
Ensuring effective time management
Supporting CEO to keep on track of sign off, progress updates and day to day task management
Working across the group portfolio
Communicating with clients & suppliers on the Directors behalf
Building relationships with the team so that some tasks are removed from Directos
Travel planning and booking
Diary management
Inbox management
Attending events on behalf of the company
National & international travel will be required quarterly
With the support of the Operations manager you will be able to run key reports for the CEO and monitor KPIs
Creating presentations, decks and packs for stakeholders
**Requirements**:
Proficient in google drive, gmail, docs, and sheets
At least 5yrs experience in a PA / assistant or administrative role

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
