Quality Assurance Officer
North London
My client is recruiting for a Quality Assurance Office based within the local Authority in North London and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

To monitor standards through regular and ad hoc estate inspections taking appropriate remedial action on problems encountered.
To assist in the induction and on-going training of caretakers and undertake regular on-site assessments of caretakers to ensure that cleaning techniques are always consistent with best practice.
To assist in the facilitating and testing of new cleaning equipment associated with new or existing tasks.
To assist in the collection of data and production of regular reports on all aspects of the estate service and service recharges as required.
To identify and report communal repairs, including the reporting of emergency /urgent repairs, and post inspecting to ensure quality.Requirements

Local Authority exspereince
Experience of identifying and ordering repairs.
Substantial proven experience of providing advice and practical assistance to the public in the social housing field
Experience of working in and delivering services to, a multi-cultural community
Knowledge of the issues affecting storage and use of cleaning materials and equipment and the ability to contribute to the development of an improved range of available productsContract 

Initial 3 to 6 month ongoing contract with the opportunity to extend 
PAYE via Umbrella 
Monday to Friday
9am to 5pm As the role is Local Authority based candidates will be asked to complete an onboarding & compliance checks including DBS & Online training modules prior to starting.
