TPP Recruitment is seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Officer for our client, a well-established professional membership and certification organization.

Benefits – Lead Quality Assurance Officer:

  • Salary: £35-36,000 per annum, based on experience

  • Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week
  • 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday with a 45-minute lunch break
  • 9am-4pm Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
  • Working arrangements: Hybrid model (office based)

The Role – Lead Quality Assurance Officer:

As the Lead Quality Assurance Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting the operational team and cultivating strong partnerships with education and training collaborators. You will serve as the primary resource for Assurance Officers and the Assurance Coordinator, offering vital guidance and support. Additionally, you will act in place of the Certified Training & Education Manager when required and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of team processes and communications.

Key Responsibilities – Lead Quality Assurance Officer:

  • Team support: Serve as the first point of contact for daily operational challenges and act in place of the Certified Training & Education Manager.
  • Partner engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with both potential and existing education and training partners, ensuring they receive comprehensive support.
  • Quality assurance: Supervise and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring all educational content and delivery align with the organization’s high standards.
  • Continuous improvement: Collaborate on refining processes and communications to enhance the experience for partners and learners.

Skills and Experience Required – Lead Quality Assurance Officer:

  • Experience: Degree-level education or equivalent experience, with a background in customer service or relationship management in a business-to-business context.
  • Attention to detail: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to assess processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Team player: A friendly and supportive demeanor, with the capacity to work collaboratively and escalate issues as needed.
  • Organizational skills: Advanced planning and organizational abilities to meet deadlines and performance targets.
