**About the Job**

Working within our team of Quality Assurance and Enhancement Officers, you will act as a quality representative, providing specialist advice and guidance to UEL’s academic schools and our partners on the university’s quality assurance processes and regulations. Each Officer is allocated their own portfolio of responsibilities from the shared job description, and there are opportunities to gain experience in a range of activities to develop your career in higher education quality assurance.

You will take a lead in the planning and organisation of quality assurance and enhancement activities and be responsible for managing projects. Your responsibilities will include representing the team and providing high-level administrative support for university committees and working groups, organising complex events, data analysis and report writing and supporting the validation and review of UEL courses in the UK and occasionally overseas.

This role is based at our Docklands Campus with hybrid working available.
