We are looking for someone who in a management capacity, will be able to assist in the delivery of a legally compliant, safe, customer focused environment providing agreed levels of service
Key Responsibilities:
Manage helpdesk operations and work orders.
Resolve complaints swiftly and effectively.
Ensure legal compliance with inspections and repairs.
Handle construction and design management in line with CDM regulations.
Review and manage facilities management fees and budgets.
Enhance occupier and client experiences with excellent service.
Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
Support HR procedures and team welfare.
Assist with insurance claims and lease requirements.
Maintain regular property inspections and reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Facilities Management.
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
IT proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
IOSH
Location: On-site, Monday to Friday
