Job Title: Assistant Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our PFI Contract team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of our PFI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and Kier personnel to ensure the effective delivery of reactive job requests and planned maintenance.
  • Manage and coordinate jobs through CONCEPT and PPMS systems.
  • Generate contract-specific management information and reports.
  • Obtain and raise various documents, including sub-contractor quotes and purchase order requests.
  • Maintain H&S and compliance filing systems.
Requirements:
  • You will be self-motivated and able to work well under pressure.
  • You will be flexible and able to carry out a variety of tasks as requested.
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Email, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • You will have previous office administration experience in a customer-focused environment.
