Our client, a leading business the Financial services industry is seeking an Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is expanding and are looking for a strong Administrator to join the business, providing a high level of administrative support to both Financial Planners and Mortgage Advisors.

The ideal candidate will be attentive and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ideally with some experience in the Financial Services industry with either Pensions, Investments of Mortgages. Alternatively they are happy to review CVs with strong Administration experience who are looking to get into the Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining client information on internal systems and databases

- Prioritize work when required

- Ensure your knowledge is up to date with all products and services, adhering to guidelines and regulations

- Processing new business and following up with clients until the completion of their application

- Preparing packs and administration for clients meetings

- Liaising with clients, both via phone, email and letter

- Complete and update reports

- Maintain a high level of customer service with clients at all times

Key Experience:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Administrative role

- Previous Financial Services experience, ideally used to dealing with ISA, Investments, Pensions or Mortgages

- Confident working both independently and as part of a team

- Able to follow procedures and adhere to industry guidelines

- Experienced working in an FCA regulated environment

- Strong grammar and spelling ability, confident completing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
