Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and thrive in a dynamic work environment. Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in areas such as Pensions, Investments, or Mortgages, is highly desirable. However, we are also open to candidates with strong administrative backgrounds who are keen to transition into the financial services field.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update client records within internal systems and databases.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks as necessary.
  • Stay informed about all products and services, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and regulations.
  • Process new business applications and maintain communication with clients until their applications are finalized.
  • Prepare documentation and administrative materials for client meetings.
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Compile and update reports as required.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.

Key Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable administrative position.
  • Prior experience in financial services, particularly with ISAs, Investments, Pensions, or Mortgages.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Adherence to procedures and industry regulations.
  • Experience in an FCA regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
