We are seeking a skilled Savings Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our Savings Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our savings services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Handling: Respond to saver communications in a timely and professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Customer Accounts: Conduct thorough Anti-Money Laundering checks, prepare and submit Suspicious Activity Reports as necessary, and perform risk assessments on new and existing savers.
  • General Operations: Support updates to senior management and committees, and assist with office administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
