Job Description

As a Hospitality Service Coordinator at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for guests from diverse backgrounds. Your role involves welcoming guests with exceptional service, working closely with your team to ensure smooth shifts, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will be based in the Mercure Tunbridge Wells hotel, part of a team that values passion and dedication. Our aim is to provide an exceptional experience, not just by working around the clock but also by being truly passionate about hospitality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must be passionate about providing top-notch service and embodying our brand standards. A genuine flair for hospitality, bags of personality, and excellent communication skills are essential.

About the Role
