Service Administrator

Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and are looking to build a career in the automotive industry? Our team at Hendy BRAND in LOCATION have an excellent opportunity for an organised team-player to join their team as a Service Administrator.

The Opportunity:
You will facilitate the flow of work to and from the workshop by raising job cards and invoices, whilst supporting the front-of-house Service Advisors with any administrative tasks related to our customers’ service accounts.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines to support our extremely effective Service team. You will be process driven, with a keen eye for detail, and have excellent organisational skills to arrange MOT, service and repair bookings promptly and accurately, produce job cards and invoices and process Manufacturer paperwork, all whilst delivering a high level of customer service. Provided you are self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic, and a fast learner who loves to absorb new information, possessing the below skills and behaviours will allow you to succeed:

- A customer focused attitude, demonstrating a proactive approach to helping others and delivering a high level of service to customers;
- A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning - familiarity with payment processes, including preparing and processing invoices would be an advantage;
- A confident and approachable manner, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and suppliers to meet customer needs;
- Resilience and be a flexible team player, able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support the wider team during busy periods;
- An interest in developing your technical mechanical knowledge;
- Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g. CDK) (desirable but not essential);
- A full UK driving licence.

Although motor industry experience or an admin/customer service background would be preferable, full training will be provided to help you both thrive and progress within the Group.
