Responsibilities include:

- **Customer Engagement**: including shaping a new customers first experience during the delivery of new services, providing them with regular and meaningful updates, ensuring expectations are realistically set and managed
- **Order Validation**: Efficiently and accurately validating incoming orders, ensuring that solutions sold are technically viable, profitable and that expectations and timelines have been realistically set.
- **Third Party Provision**: including placing orders on carrier portals and ensuring that orders placed are in line with the solution agreed with the customer
- **Technical support**:Sharing your knowledge with other members of the operational team and assisting with first line escalations relating to services delivered
