Branch Sales Manager – Solihull – Trade/Construction Business - £30,000 Salary

We’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows their way around the construction and trade world. Someone who’s not just good with numbers, but great with people too. If you’re the type who thrives on building relationships and keeping customers happy, you might just be the person we’re after.

The Company

The Job

Your main gig? Be the go-to person in the branch. You’ll be the face customers see when they walk in, the voice they hear when they call, and the brain they trust when they need advice. Your mission? Drive sales, keep customers coming back, and make sure the branch runs like a well-oiled machine.

Nurture Existing Customers, keep them happy, keep them buying, and keep them coming back.
Organize your sales activities and hit those targets.
Stay on top of market trends, know what the competition’s up to, and use that info to your advantage.
Make sure the place is spotless, the products are well-displayed, and the team is on point.
Process orders, handle payments, and keep the paperwork tidy.
Experience Desired:

You’ve done sales before, ideally in the construction or trade sector.
You know how to build relationships and can handle tricky situations without breaking a sweat.
You’re comfortable with figures and can keep your sales forecasts on track.
You can talk to anyone, at any level, and make yourself understood.
