Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Standout Field Marketing team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent retailers and store decision-makers in your territory.
- Drive direct sales and amplify product presence through effective sales and marketing efforts.
- Conduct regular visits to independent outlets to engage with owners and decision-makers, and introduce our brand's products to new outlets.
- Nurture relationships and ensure our products retain a prime spot in places they already call home.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in a field sales environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans.
