The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our medical devices customer service team in Solihull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process hospital orders and manage invoices within tight deadlines.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Issue credit notes for returns and complaints in accordance with company procedures.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Conduct product tracking research and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Process PER (Product Event Reporting) and collaborate with Territory Managers.
- Manage a high-volume queries and orders mailbox.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is desirable, but not essential.
- Expertise in SAP is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
