This is an HR leadership role that will oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will be managing  a team of HR professionals, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly, efficiently and supports the delivery of the People & Culture Strategy and business objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

- Lead the HR Advisors in handling employee casework
- Lead the HR Support Team to provide a right first time administration service to all stakeholders
- Develop HR Advisors and HR support team, providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
- Drive the implementation of projects generated from within the operations team
- Lead the development, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures

Candidates should have proven background in managing an HR team, ideally in a larger organisation and be technically minded, ideally with CIPD 7 qualification.  Alongside this you should be able to demonstrate a commercial approach to HR and the ability to shape HR strategy.
