About the Role:
My client has an exciting opportunity to join their People Services Team as a People Services
Advisor (Operations). In this role you will work as part of the People Services Team to
provide an unrivalled HR service. This role will see you deliver efficient transactional and
advisory support services to our 3000+ colleagues dealing with a wide range of HR queries.
In this role you will also support managers and colleagues with advisory report relating to
employee relations e.g., absence, capability, disciplinary.
Delivering an unrivalled colleague experience, you will look for innovative ways to improve
our HR service. This will involve sharing insights, trends and data to inform decision making
and improvements.
As part of this role, you will support with the maintenance of their HRIS system which means
you will ensure accurate updates across all stages of the employee life cycle.
About You:
You'll be someone who cares about delivering an unrivalled colleague experience through
contributing to an effective HR service. You'll have experience working in a HR team,
responding to a variety of queries across the full employee life cycle.
You'll have experience of dealing with some HR case management relating to employee
relations cases.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a real team player.
You'll enjoy working in a role with huge variety lots of scope for development.
As the People Services team is fast paced, you'll have experience working in a dynamic
environment demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing priorities effectively.
You will have the ability to identify opportunities for improving HR operational process and
work-flows, exploring technical solutions to enhance the employee experience.

in our People Services team.You must have an HR background or have experience working in an HR environment.
Ideally you'll have Employee Relations Experience and a sound understanding of working within an HR team.
