An exciting position has become available for a permanent HR Advisor to join our client in the County Durham area. The organisation is a successful innovative business with exciting growth plans. The role reports to the HR Lead and is responsible for the provision of generalist HR advice to a range of stakeholders as well as supporting with value-add HR projects.

Main responsibilities include:

- Working as part of the HR team to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Develop Policies and Procedures to ensure the effective management of Human Resources within legislation and best practice.
- Assist in managing recruitment processes to support the business and develop strategies to enhance and make improvements across the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
- Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of Employee Relations including: Absence Management; conduct Disciplinary and Grievance issues; Capability and Performance Management.
- Line manage and coach the HR Administrator.
- Coach and upskill managers and team leaders to manage all people matters within their teams.
- Manage policy changes.
- Support employee engagement policies and processes.
- Be involved in managing a suite of HR projects, supporting the HR Lead in the delivery and communication element.

The role will be based from the County Durham office and supports hybrid working with options to work from home.

The position offers part time working which can be discussed on an individual basis.
