Role Overview: As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing educational professionals within primary, secondary, and SEN (Special Educational Needs) sectors. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the needs of all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
* Sales and Business Development: Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and establishing new relationships within the education sector.
* Placement: Successfully match candidates to suitable positions, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for both the candidate and the client.
* Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate and client information.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or sales is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and clients.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Driving Licence: A clean UK driving licence is essential.
* Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.
