Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Education team at Academics Ltd. As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality recruitment services to primary and secondary schools in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit teachers, teaching assistants, and school support staff for short and long-term assignments
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools and clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement, including advertising roles, arranging interviews, and contract negotiations
- Provide ongoing customer service to both schools and candidates
Requirements
- Proven sales or recruitment background, with experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with schools and clients
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the growth and success of the business
- Basic salary of £26-£32k, with opportunities for commission and bonuses
